SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough technical audits and address issues related to discoverability, site speed, structured data, and indexation.

• Apply cutting-edge AI search optimization techniques and practices related to Generative Engine Optimization.

• Keep track of changes in search engine algorithms and advancements within the industry.

• Create and implement on-page strategies, focusing on keyword mapping, metadata enhancement, and internal linking.

• Collaborate with content teams to provide briefs, review, and optimize content based on search intent and acquisition goals.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for assigned accounts, offering strategic advice and support.

• Generate performance reports driven by insights that link organic search activities to business outcomes.

• Oversee the timely execution of SEO projects across various accounts while upholding quality standards.

• Partner with web development, CRO, paid search, content, and data teams to ensure SEO is integrated within digital strategies.

• Disseminate industry insights and best practices throughout the broader team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an SEO role within a digital agency environment.

• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.

• Proficient in using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.

• Strong written communication skills with the capability to convert complex data into understandable insights for clients.

• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple client accounts at once.

• Knowledge of AI search and concepts related to Generative Engine Optimization.

• Experience with platforms like Webflow, Shopify, or enterprise CMS systems.

• A genuine interest and curiosity in various digital marketing channels beyond SEO.
