SEO Strategist – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Engage with leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new residences

• Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval

• Estimate repair costs and establish the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties

• Meet with homeowners to present offers

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of sales experience

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales personnel in prior positions

• Excellent communication abilities and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales quotas through phone sales

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred)
