SEO Strategist – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Pursue leads, evaluate properties, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Assess repair costs and establish After Repair Value (ARV) and current property value.

• Engage with homeowners to present offers on their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in sales.

• Consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales personnel in prior positions.

• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing quotas via phone sales.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
