SEO Strategist, Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engage with leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and secure new home acquisitions.

• Negotiate the buying and selling of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and draft contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and assess both After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their homes.

• Collaborate with real estate agents, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in sales.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% among sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication abilities and proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets via phone sales.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.

• Capable of holding in-person meetings with potential clients on a regular basis.

• Must be located remotely within the United States.
