SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Assist TransPerfect's Digital department with SEO and digital visibility initiatives.

• Aid global brands in their expansion into the Japanese and international markets.

• Execute technical SEO audits.

• Carry out LLM visibility assessments.

• Analyze Core Web Vitals, hreflang tags, and canonical implementations.

• Create content strategies and enhance existing content.

• Offer technical SEO consultancy.

• Develop AI prompts.

• Conduct website crawls and perform SEO analyses.

• Enhance brand performance across conventional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.

• Provide a summary of experience alignment and include a resume when applying.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Japanese.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO.

• Experience in international SEO and localization.

• Familiarity with AI search, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

• Proficient with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.

• Bachelor's Degree (application question).

• Required English proficiency level.

• Ability to communicate fluently in another language besides English (application question).

• Estimated availability in hours per week is required.

• Preferred work location must be selected from remote in Japan or remote in Japan/APAC options.
