This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and implement SEO and AEO strategies aimed at enhancing organic rankings, AI search visibility, traffic, and generating inbound leads.
• Perform technical SEO audits and apply necessary fixes using WordPress, HTML/CSS, and established SEO best practices.
• Improve site architecture, headers, metadata, internal linking, page speed, and schema markup.
• Develop and refine service, location, blog, and FAQ content guided by keywords, search intent, and conversational queries.
• Enhance content for AI-generated responses, featured snippets, FAQs, People Also Ask sections, and various search results.
• Assist with local SEO initiatives, including optimizing location pages and Google Business Profiles.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for research, content creation, and optimization.
• Employ tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SurferSEO for keyword research, audits, competitor analysis, content optimization, and monitoring performance.
• Track SEO and AEO results while identifying opportunities to boost search visibility and inbound leads.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, AEO, or a comparable position.
• Strong practical knowledge of on-page and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with AEO and the optimization of content for AI-driven search and answer engines.
• Experience in local SEO, particularly with service-area and location-oriented websites.
• Proficient in using WordPress and have a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Solid grasp of keywords, search intent, content organization, internal linking, and schema.
• Experience using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SurferSEO.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for content research, development, and enhancement.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
• Ability to start within 2 weeks of receiving the job offer.
• Familiarity with time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor).
• Must have a personal laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
• Access to backup equipment for occurrences of power and internet disruptions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
