SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Support SEO Strategists in conducting audits, research, strategy formulation, and reporting.

• Perform keyword research, technical audits, and competitive analysis for client websites.

• Enhance on-page elements, such as metadata, headings, content structure, and internal links.

• Detect and fix technical SEO problems impacting crawlability, site speed, and indexing.

• Work alongside writers to facilitate the creation of SEO-optimized content.

• Track rankings and traffic metrics utilizing tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.

• Generate reports and emphasize actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Keep updated with algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

• Partner with content, web, and sales teams to implement campaigns that boost rankings, traffic, and conversions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of agency experience managing SEO for multiple clients concurrently.

• Solid understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing organic rankings, traffic, and conversions across various industries.

• Strong grasp of technical SEO, content optimization, and local SEO techniques.

• Proficient in using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
