This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

• Take ownership of and enhance Solflare's SEO strategy.

• Build upon the existing SEO framework, identify growth opportunities, and develop an actionable roadmap.

• Enhance rankings, drive qualified organic traffic, and boost visibility in global markets.

• Lead technical SEO projects related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and website performance.

• Optimize visibility across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other discovery platforms.

• Develop content SEO strategies for landing pages, product pages, and editorial content tailored to search intent.

• Enhance off-page SEO, domain authority, backlink quality, and competitive positioning.

• Improve the organic discoverability of Solflare's browser extension and other products.

• Monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust priorities based on impact.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to implement SEO enhancements.

• 5+ years of practical SEO experience.

• Proven track record of achieving measurable organic growth in competitive markets.

• Experience in owning or significantly contributing to SEO strategy, from opportunity identification to execution and results measurement.

• Strong grasp of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and large-scale website optimization.

• Experience with on-page SEO, content optimization, off-page SEO, and link-building tactics.

• Proficient with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and various SEO analytics and auditing tools.

• Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO).

• Data-driven mindset and ability to prioritize initiatives based on their potential business impact.

• Capability to work independently, challenge assumptions, and collaborate effectively.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or another highly competitive digital sector is a plus.

• Experience optimizing websites with numerous dynamically generated pages is advantageous.

• Experience with international or multilingual SEO is a bonus.

• Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) or Chrome Web Store discoverability is a plus.
