SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Solflare's SEO strategy.

• Expand upon the current SEO framework, pinpoint growth opportunities, and develop a practical roadmap.

• Enhance rankings, attract qualified organic traffic, and boost visibility in global markets.

• Spearhead technical SEO projects that focus on crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and website performance.

• Increase visibility across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging discovery platforms.

• Design the content SEO strategy for landing pages, product pages, and editorial content aligned with search intent.

• Elevate domain authority, backlink quality, and competitive positioning through off-page SEO efforts.

• Enhance product discoverability for Solflare's browser extension and other product discovery avenues.

• Track performance, transform data into actionable insights, and adjust priorities based on impact.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to execute SEO enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven record of achieving measurable organic growth in competitive environments.

• Experience in owning or significantly influencing SEO strategies, from recognizing opportunities to executing and assessing outcomes.

• Strong grasp of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and large-scale website optimization.

• Solid background in on-page SEO, content optimization, off-page SEO, and link-building techniques.

• Proficient in Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and other SEO analytics and auditing tools.

• Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO) and a keen interest in evolving search behaviors and discovery trends.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on potential business impact.

• Capacity to work independently, challenge assumptions, and collaborate efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

• Nice to have: Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or other highly competitive digital sectors.

• Nice to have: Experience in optimizing websites with numerous dynamically generated pages.

• Nice to have: Experience with international or multilingual SEO.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) or Chrome Web Store discoverability.
