SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Solflare's SEO strategy by building upon its current framework and developing a practical roadmap.

• Boost rankings, drive qualified organic traffic, and increase visibility in global markets.

• Spearhead technical SEO projects encompassing crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and website performance.

• Enhance visibility across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and various other discovery platforms.

• Develop the content SEO strategy for landing pages, product pages, and editorial content based on search intent.

• Fortify off-page SEO, domain authority, backlink quality, and competitive positioning.

• Enhance the discoverability of Solflare’s browser extension and other products.

• Track performance, analyze data, and adjust priorities based on their impact.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to implement SEO enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical SEO experience with a proven history of achieving measurable organic growth in competitive environments.

• Experience in owning or significantly contributing to SEO strategy, from identifying opportunities to executing and evaluating results.

• Deep understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and large-scale website optimization.

• Extensive experience with on-page SEO, content optimization, off-page SEO, and link-building strategies.

• Proficient in using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and other SEO analytics and auditing tools.

• Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO) and a keen interest in the evolution of search behavior and discovery.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on potential business impact.

• Capable of working independently, challenging assumptions, and collaborating effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

• Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or another highly competitive digital sector (a plus).

• Experience optimizing websites with numerous dynamically generated pages (a plus).

• Experience with international or multilingual SEO (a plus).

• Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) or enhancing discoverability in the Chrome Web Store (a plus).
