SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Solflare's SEO strategy

• Expand upon the current SEO framework, uncover growth prospects, and develop a practical roadmap

• Enhance rankings, attract qualified organic traffic, and increase visibility across international markets

• Spearhead technical SEO projects related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and performance optimization

• Boost visibility on Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other discovery platforms

• Define the content SEO strategy for landing pages, product pages, and editorial content

• Enhance domain authority, backlink quality, and competitive positioning

• Increase the organic discoverability of Solflare's browser extension and additional products

• Track performance, transform data into actionable insights, and adjust priorities accordingly

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to execute SEO enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical SEO experience with a proven history of achieving measurable organic growth in competitive environments

• Experience in owning or making significant contributions to SEO strategy, from identifying opportunities to executing and assessing outcomes

• Comprehensive understanding of technical SEO, encompassing crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and large-scale website optimization

• Strong background in on-page SEO, content optimization, off-page SEO, and link-building techniques

• Proficient in Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and various SEO analytics and auditing tools

• Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO) and a keen interest in evolving search behaviors and discovery methods

• Data-driven mindset, with the capability to prioritize initiatives based on possible business impact

• Ability to work autonomously, challenge existing assumptions, and collaborate effectively

• Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English

• Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or another highly competitive digital sector

• Background in optimizing websites with a significant number of dynamically generated pages

• Experience with international or multilingual SEO practices

• Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) or discoverability in the Chrome Web Store
