📋 Description

• Develop and manage profiles on platforms such as Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare, and YellowPages.

• Ensure consistency in the company's name, address, and phone number across all platforms.

• Utilize Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to have LBC Mortgage referenced in responses from ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and emerging AI agents.

• Enhance website visibility for mortgage-related searches by employing AI tools for content planning, keyword strategy, and page updates.

• Share valuable mortgage-related information on platforms like Reddit, Quora, and other similar forums.

• Assist satisfied clients in leaving reviews on Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot.

• Provide weekly reports detailing rankings, AI mentions, leads, and loans that have been funded.

• Experiment with new AI platforms early and advise on where the company should establish its presence.

• Frequent daily user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar technologies.

• Proficient in clear and natural English writing.

• A self-motivated individual who learns quickly and adapts to new methodologies.

• Well-organized with the ability to track metrics using spreadsheets.

• Resides in or around the Los Angeles area.
