SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical SEO of products: site architecture, crawling, indexing, rendering, structured data, international SEO, Core Web Vitals, and scalable technical enhancements.

• Develop and implement AI Search Optimization strategies.

• Enhance brand visibility on Google, AI Overviews, LLM search engines, and other content discovery channels.

• Conduct SEO A/B tests, measure outcomes, and scale successful hypotheses.

• Create scalable content strategies in collaboration with the Content and Product teams.

• Oversee digital PR, strategic partnerships, outreach, guest posting, and presence on Reddit/Quora without spamming.

• Ensure a steady organic traffic influx to PlantIn and CoinIn products.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a willingness to delve into GEO/AEO.

• Experience in technical SEO audits: crawlability, indexation, rendering.

• Familiarity with structured data, Core Web Vitals, and international SEO.

• Proficient in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog.

• Knowledge of SQL/BigQuery for data handling.

• Understanding of how LLMs select and cite sources.

• Experience in monitoring AI visibility and structuring content for AI Overviews and featured snippets.

• Skills in keyword research and query clustering.

• Ability to formulate technical briefs for the content team regarding structure and internal linking.

• Experience in off-page work: outreach campaigns, digital PR, and community presence on Reddit/Quora.
