SEO, AEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the SEO and AEO roadmap, encompassing priorities, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage current organic search processes, enhancing them and driving daily operations.

• Develop a content strategy through keyword analysis, topic clustering, editorial briefs, and prioritization aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee technical SEO aspects, including site architecture, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation.

• Establish an AEO strategy to boost Viva's visibility, citations, and presence across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing.

• Complete the hiring process, which includes application, recruiter screening, skills assessment, hiring-manager interview, and final interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as an SEO Manager.

• Practical experience in both technical SEO and content SEO.

• Full ownership of an SEO roadmap, including prioritization, execution, reporting, and iterative improvements.

• Direct experience with AEO and/or GEO.

• Proficiency in using AirOps or a similar tool within an SEO or content workflow.

• Technical SEO expertise in site architecture, crawl optimization, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.

• Experience in content strategy involving keyword research, topic clustering, editorial prioritization, and content briefs.

• Proven experience managing an SEO team or directly leading SEO team members.

• Data-driven reporting that links organic performance to business results.

• Candidates must be located in Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico.
