SEO Product Manager – fully remote, Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the SEO Product Strategy.

• Co-manage the complete SEO product roadmap, from ideation through design to implementation and iteration.

• Design and oversee the implementation of high-scale services that support organic search growth, such as internal linking systems, automated content generation and optimization, taxonomy management, and indexability lifecycle.

• Develop tools for managing and optimizing millions of indexed URLs across various markets and languages.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and designers to ensure SEO requirements are central to the development process.

• Work alongside data, BI, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.

• Partner with BI and data engineering to improve SEO monitoring and reporting infrastructure.

• Design and implement large-scale SEO experiments.

• Utilize AI and automation to enhance SEO processes and uncover new growth opportunities.

• Create PoC systems for rapid iteration and ongoing experimentation for SEO.

• Measure and optimize performance while defining key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, indexation rates, and search visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience managing websites with over 1M indexed URLs, including crawl budget optimization, indexation management, and large-scale site architecture.

• 5+ years of technical-adjacent SEO experience with a proven track record in driving organic growth.

• Strong technical foundation in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern web frameworks.

• A robust experimentation mindset with experience in designing and executing SEO tests at scale.

• Experience in creating and implementing high-scale services that support organic search growth (e.g., internal linking systems, automated sitemap generation, dynamic rendering solutions).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.

• Experience in project or product management, with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort.
