SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute long-term SEO strategies for current affiliate websites.

• Take charge of both on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to enhance revenue growth.

• Perform content audits and implement intent mapping techniques.

• Enhance click-through rates, rankings, and the capture of SERP features on high-value pages.

• Create and implement link-building strategies across various affiliate websites.

• Collaborate with agencies, forums, and outreach partners to boost domain authority.

• Manage keyword clustering, topic mapping, and content organization for new affiliate websites.

• Conduct market and competitor analyses.

• Work with stakeholders to launch new websites from the ground up.

• Evaluate the effects of Google algorithm updates.

• Identify traffic fluctuations and develop recovery strategies.

• Extensive experience in SEO with practical knowledge in both on-page and off-page optimization.

• Proven history of driving organic growth on a large scale.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Confident in engaging with stakeholders in both German and English.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Capable of supporting decisions with data analysis.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Comfortable managing a workstream independently.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced, flat, startup-style work environment.

• Experience in the iGaming sector or other affiliate marketing fields is a plus.
