SEO Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy for JustDone.ai across various locales including EN, ES, PT, and others.

• Execution of a link-building strategy, including anchor plans and donor research.

• Compilation of a semantic core and optimization of website pages.

• Creation of technical specifications for copywriters and oversight of task completion.

• Ongoing research into trends, competitors, insights, and new opportunities.

• Monitoring key SEO metrics.

• Conducting technical audits and setting tasks for the development department to address errors.

• Working on converting organic traffic.

• Building a team and devising an SEO strategy for scaling JustDone's organic traffic.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO.

• Proven experience in scaling projects to 50k+/day visitors from organic traffic.

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Serpstat, Semrush, and Similar Web.

• In-depth understanding of website ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

• Experience in AI optimization.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• English language skills at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.

• Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and technical website optimization.

• Experience in team management.

• Proficient in working with AI tools and actively utilizing them in daily tasks.
