SEO Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy for Justdone.ai for locales EN, ES, PT, and others.

• Execute a link-building strategy, including an anchor plan and donor outreach.

• Gather semantic core data and optimize website pages.

• Create technical tasks for copywriters and oversee the completion of assigned tasks.

• Research trends, competitors, insights, and new opportunities.

• Monitor key SEO metrics.

• Conduct technical audits and assign tasks to the development department to rectify errors.

• Work on converting organic traffic.

• Create global Boosters products in the areas of EdTech, Productivity, and Wellness through SEO.

• Collaborate on JustDone — an AI assistant for the academic audience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO.

• Experience scaling projects to 50k+/day organic visitors.

• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Serpstat, Semrush, Similar Web).

• Deep understanding of website ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

• Experience with AI optimization.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Upper Intermediate+ level of English.

• Extensive knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and technical website optimization.

• Experience in team management.

• Work with AI tools, actively utilizing them in daily tasks.
