Head of SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth for existing affiliate websites

• Create and execute long-term SEO strategies

• Enhance high-value pages for improved rankings and click-through rates (CTR)

• Oversee backlink campaigns across various affiliate platforms

• Initiate new affiliate sites from start to finish, including keyword clustering, topic mapping, content organization, and coordination with stakeholders

• Perform content audits and enhance SERP feature retrieval

• Manage link-building strategies and partner with agencies and publishers to boost domain authority

• Investigate publishers and evaluate new market opportunities

• Analyze domain authority and traffic patterns

• Review expansion alternatives in relation to business growth frameworks

• Lead and develop a team of SEO Content Managers

• Establish priorities, hold team members accountable, mentor for growth, and address performance challenges

• Report to the Head of Product and collaborate with publishers, vertical managers, and content teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive on-page and off-page SEO expertise

• Proven history of driving organic growth at scale

• Demonstrated experience in team management while upholding high standards

• Proficient in German (C2 level)

• Fluent in English (C1+ level)

• Ideally located in Berlin, though remote candidates will also be considered

• Analytical and methodical mindset

• Capable of prioritizing, communicating effectively, and making decisions under pressure

• Comfortable in a dynamic, flat, startup-like environment

• Experience in iGaming or related affiliate marketing sectors is advantageous
