SEO, GEO Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive client traffic and enhance ROI through competitive analysis, keyword research, content development, link building, and contributions to AI-generated outcomes and generative search experiences.

• Support the organic strategy for a client portfolio by creating annual and quarterly SEO and GEO roadmaps.

• Assess the effectiveness of strategies using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Conductor.

• Utilize ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Zapier, and APIs to expedite research, synthesize insights, and facilitate scalable SEO and GEO workflows.

• Monitor and report on changes in traffic, rankings, AI Overview appearances, trends, and conversions.

• Communicate insights to clients via email, conference calls, and in-person meetings.

• Align analysis and recommendations with client business goals and ROI.

• Complete DIV training and start supporting clients within 30 days.

• Assist with at least two significant client initiatives within 60 days.

• Achieve full capacity in supporting a complete book of business alongside Account teams within 90 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for digital marketing coupled with a comprehensive understanding of business and marketing.

• Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) as part of SEO.

• Proficiency in SEO skills, particularly keyword research.

• Technical SEO expertise, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and iframes.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel.

• Experience with ChatGPT, GA4, and researching AI Overviews.

• Strong analytical skills using GA4, Adobe, Google Search Console, and other leading SEO tools.

• Awareness of emerging GEO measurement indicators, such as AI Overview presence, generative citations, and SERP volatility.

• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in writing and presentations.

• Capacity to manage client relationships with tailored communication strategies.

• Capability to meet deadlines autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive in problem-solving and adaptable to evolving tools and processes.

• Availability to work during continental US hours.

• Must reside in the United States.
