This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive SEO audits on client websites, identify issues, develop solutions, and monitor outcomes.

• Execute keyword research and formulate content strategies based on search intent, competitive landscape, and SERP dynamics.

• Carry out on-page SEO tasks such as optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content.

• Manage technical SEO aspects including site speed, schema markup, structured data, XML sitemaps, 301 redirects, crawl errors, and indexing challenges.

• Design and oversee local SEO strategies which encompass Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, NAP consistency, and location-specific pages.

• Implement link-building initiatives including outreach, link auditing, and the creation of high-quality backlinks.

• Write or refine SEO content for blogs, landing pages, and service-related pages.

• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to enhance SEO processes.

• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs.

• Provide performance reports to account managers and engage in client communications as necessary.

• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, and new SEO tools and methodologies.

• Optimize for AI and LLM visibility utilizing platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical SEO experience with demonstrated results in traffic enhancement, ranking improvements, and lead generation.

• Proficiency in technical SEO, including site speed optimization, schema implementation, crawl audits, indexing, and URL structuring.

• Familiarity with Screaming Frog.

• Strong on-page SEO skills, encompassing keyword optimization, content structuring, meta tag usage, and internal linking strategies.

• Experience with local SEO practices, including Google Business Profile management, citation building, location page development, and map pack rankings.

• Expertise in link-building strategies, including outreach, link auditing, and establishing quality backlinks.

• Daily experience using Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

• Regular utilization of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar for optimizing SEO workflows.

• Capability to write or enhance SEO content, including blogs, service pages, and landing pages.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Proficient English communication abilities.

• Preferred: Experience in an agency setting, familiarity with Home Services or Healthcare SEO, knowledge of JavaScript/PHP/WordPress, experience with Hotjar/Microsoft Clarity, experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and understanding of AI/LLM search optimization.

• Payments: All payments for your services will be managed by the client. Elevate and Delegate will not be involved in payroll processing, and your salary will be paid directly to you.
