SEO & AI Search Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the SEO strategy and its implementation from start to finish, encompassing technical, content, and off-page SEO.

• Increase monthly organic visits beyond 150,000, transforming it into a channel for acquiring signups and generating revenue.

• Develop and manage a measurement framework and a live dashboard that tracks rankings, AI citations, share of voice, and organic signups.

• Enhance visibility on platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

• Monitor AI model citations and recommendations using tools like Profound or Peec, or create internal solutions.

• Execute digital PR campaigns, including reviews, roundups, and data studies.

• Broaden the programmatic page engine across various niches, locations, and rankings.

• Introduce and promote free tools to generate links, mentions, and traffic.

• Transform proprietary creator data into unique content and studies.

• Collaborate with growth, content, and engineering teams.

• Utilize AI tools and agents on a daily basis.

• Report directly to the Head of Growth & Marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO with measurable successes.

• Strong foundation in technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.

• Experience in programmatic SEO or high-volume content production.

• Proven track record in AI-search initiatives, including content that has gained citations, conducted experiments, or improved visibility.

• Proficiency with tools like Semrush or Ahrefs, Search Console, GA4 or Amplitude, and WordPress.

• Background in B2B SaaS, preferably with data products or APIs.

• Experience in digital PR and link-building strategies.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and comfort working with engineering teams.

• Experience in creating workflows utilizing AI tools and agents.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Full-time availability preferred; part-time may be considered for the right candidate.
