
Senior/Principal Technical Marketing Manager – CloudCasa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take full ownership of CloudCasa's technical marketing materials, encompassing solution briefs, whitepapers, reference architectures, technical blogs, competitive comparisons, demo scripts, videos, and web content.
• Convert product capabilities into effective messaging and positioning tailored for platform engineers, Kubernetes administrators, backup and storage architects, and executives.
• Develop and manage a technical demo and proof-of-concept library, featuring recorded demos, hands-on labs, and reproducible test scenarios.
• Lead joint marketing initiatives with cloud providers, Kubernetes platform vendors, storage vendors, and other technology partners.
• Create co-branded assets, joint solution briefs, marketplace listings, webinars, and enablement materials for partners.
• Produce partner-ready collateral, campaign materials, and technical training for distributors, resellers, and managed service providers (MSPs).
• Enhance brand visibility through conference presentations, booth content, community and open-source involvement, analyst and press briefings, awards, review programs, and various digital channels.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering on product launches, release messaging, launch materials, documentation contributions, sales and support enablement, and post-launch assessments.
• Interact with customers and the market through discovery conversations, architecture evaluations, support escalations, partner discussions, and active sales opportunities.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and transform it into positioning, battlecards, and comparative materials.
• Define and monitor metrics for awareness, engagement, pipeline contribution, and partner-sourced activities.
• In a Principal role, mentor peers and enhance messaging, content production, launches, and partner marketing efforts.
• Around eight years or more of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, developer relations, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or a similar technical role, particularly in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of overseeing technical content from inception to publication, covering customer issues through released assets, demos, or campaigns.
• Strong practical understanding of Kubernetes, including clusters, manifests, pods, controllers, logs, Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), operators, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), persistent volumes, storage classes, and Container Storage Interface (CSI) drivers.
• Practical experience with at least one major public cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including managed Kubernetes and storage services.
• Capability to install, configure, and demonstrate infrastructure software while establishing repeatable demo environments.
• Credibility with engineers and technical stakeholders; adept at participating in architecture and design discussions while translating complex technical and customer feedback into clear, precise materials.
• Proficient writing skills across solution briefs, whitepapers, technical blogs, reference architectures, and positioning documents.
• Ability to assess differing viewpoints, foster stakeholder alignment, and drive decisions forward without relying on organizational authority.
• Experience in delivering presentations and leading technical discussions with customers, partners, analysts, and sales teams, including webinars or public speaking engagements.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strongly preferred: knowledge in backup, disaster recovery, data protection, storage, snapshots, replication, RPO/RTO, or ransomware recovery.
• Strongly preferred: experience with SaaS products and customer-managed or self-hosted software.
• Strongly preferred: familiarity with Kubernetes backup tools such as Velero, CSI snapshots, persistent volumes, object storage, and application-consistent recovery.
• Strongly preferred: experience with enterprise Kubernetes platforms like OpenShift, Rancher, or Tanzu.
• Strongly preferred: involvement in joint or co-marketing initiatives with distributors, resellers, MSPs, cloud providers, or technology partners, including marketplace listings and co-branded campaigns.
• Strongly preferred: experience in a marketing role encompassing content creation, demos, enablement, events, and launch preparations.
• Strongly preferred: familiarity with the Kubernetes data protection and enterprise backup sectors.
