Senior/Principal Full Stack Engineer, Automotive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design and execute large or intricate components of the software.

• Create unit, integration, and automated end-to-end testing protocols.

• Engage in sessions for clarifying requirements and pose inquiries related to task inputs and specifications.

• Conduct peer reviews of design and code alongside senior experts and actively seek feedback.

• Advocate for clean coding practices and sound design principles, emphasizing modularity, reusability, and extensibility.

• Provide mentorship to colleagues.

• Participate in project and team meetings, contributing relevant insights.

• Attend conference calls and in-person meetings with the Customer.

• Collaborate on sophisticated software solutions for autonomous vehicle systems, encompassing both front-end and back-end elements, real-time data processing, control interfaces, and integration with complex hardware systems.

• Utilize contemporary development methodologies, cloud-native architectures, and rigorous testing practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software development.

• Strong practical experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.

• Backend proficiency in Golang, Python, Java, or another server-side language.

• Comprehensive knowledge of PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Git and Docker.

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Previous experience in client-facing roles and comfort with direct communication (preferred).

• Prior experience in the Automotive sector (preferred).

• Willingness to travel for business to the Customer’s office in the EU region.
