Senior/Principal Consultant, SAP Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee project delivery and serve as a senior point of contact for SAP Public Cloud Finance and Controlling initiatives.

• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior client stakeholders, converting business needs into optimal SAP Public Cloud solutions.

• Offer principal-level functional expertise in Finance and Controlling processes within SAP Public Cloud.

• Mentor and guide the professional growth of both senior and junior consultants in the Finance practice.

• Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to project governance, risk management, and delivery quality across multiple simultaneous engagements.

• Assist in the scoping and planning of upcoming H2 implementations to guarantee successful project mobilization.

• Advocate for SAP best practices and continuous improvement within project teams.

• Travel as necessary to support client engagements throughout Australia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant consulting experience is crucial, with a proven history of delivering SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.

• Strong practical experience with SAP Public Cloud (S/4HANA Public Cloud).

• Demonstrated capability to lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior stakeholders.

• Solid Finance & Controlling functional background, able to operate at a principal or lead consultant level.

• Exceptional engagement and communication skills with senior stakeholders, capable of guiding client decision-making.

• Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior and senior consulting team members.

• Willingness to travel across Australia as needed to support client delivery.

• Experience with Product Costing is highly valued.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly regarded.

• Joint Venture accounting experience is considered a plus.
