Senior/Lead Data Scientist – Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design AI agents and RAG databases to address various challenges.

• Build AI agent tools for the automation of data gathering, processing, and analysis.

• Prepare datasets and execute analytics using data structures, analytical methods, algorithms/models, and principles of computer science.

• Create deployable analytical solutions.

• Analyze and organize complex and novel data sources for analytical purposes.

• Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to generate ideas, design solutions, perform analyses, and enhance processes.

• Develop and implement AI and ML solutions on the Google Cloud Platform.

• Utilize extensive data sources to derive business insights and features.

• Work with both structured and unstructured data.

• Formulate technical problem statements and hypotheses in partnership with cross-functional teams and business associates.

• Create efficient and precise analytical models and integrate them into analytical data products and tools.

• Propel strategy by harnessing analytical expertise, ensuring business value, and effectively communicating outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience.

• At least 4 years of experience as a GenAI Data Scientist.

• Proficiency in Python using a functional programming approach.

• Capability to manage dependencies and virtual environments.

• Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.

• Understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles.

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP).

• Experience with cloud computing.

• Familiarity with multi-agent systems.

• Proficient in data analysis and programming.

• Awareness of ethical considerations in AI development.

• Experience with agent frameworks, particularly LangChain.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, chatbots, virtual assistants, and image generation.

• Experience with proprietary and/or open-source LLMs.

• Knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
