πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main technical owner for Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, Procurement, and Adaptive Planning.

β€’ Collaborate with leaders in HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Technology to convert business needs into scalable system solutions.

β€’ Serve as the key intermediary between business stakeholders, software vendors, managed service providers, and Technology teams.

β€’ Oversee relationships with Workday and third-party support providers, including service delivery management, issue escalation, performance oversight, and service reviews.

β€’ Supervise application support operations and ensure that support resources adhere to service level agreements.

β€’ Coordinate and manage the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and approval of enhancement requests across various business functions.

β€’ Direct Workday change control processes, which include impact assessments, dependency analyses, security and integration reviews, prioritization, testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation.

β€’ Create and maintain the Workday platform roadmap and configuration standards.

β€’ Lead the planning and execution of Workday biannual releases and platform upgrades.

β€’ Assess new Workday and Adaptive Planning features and provide recommendations for adoption.

β€’ Manage and execute Workday enhancement initiatives and projects, including defining scope, gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, resource planning, budget management, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

β€’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

β€’ 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in supporting, administering, configuring, and governing enterprise SaaS applications, with significant Workday experience across various functional areas.

β€’ Expertise in SaaS application governance, configuration, release management, change control, enhancement intake, and cross-functional impact assessment.

β€’ Proficiency in troubleshooting technical, security, integration, configuration, and functional issues within the Workday platform.

β€’ Workday administration, configuration, and governance experience across HCM, Payroll, Financials, Procurement, Adaptive Planning, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.

β€’ Skills in business process analysis, translating requirements, solution design, coordinating testing/UAT, validating deployments, and communicating with stakeholders.

β€’ Strong understanding of finance, accounting, payroll, HR, procurement, planning, and reporting processes, including cross-functional dependencies on the Workday platform.

β€’ Knowledge of access controls, role/security governance, Workday configuration standards, SOC/CUEC coordination, audit evidence support, and compliance-related controls.

β€’ Ability to communicate effectively with Workday module experts, integration developers, project managers, security engineers, business stakeholders, external service providers, and senior management.

β€’ Experience in evaluating and coordinating configuration changes across multiple Workday modules to ensure consistency, alignment, and minimal downstream impact.

β€’ Proven ability to lead Workday releases, upgrades, regression testing, deployment readiness activities, and change governance processes.

β€’ Capability to assess business and technical impacts of proposed configuration changes, considering security, integrations, reporting, payroll, and financial dependencies.

β€’ Competence in establishing and maintaining Workday governance standards, documentation, and platform best practices.
