This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Act as a Senior Business Systems Analyst in a vibrant, challenging, and fast-paced environment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation.
• Analyze, design, configure, and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead initiatives in business process re-engineering, system fit/gap analysis, alternative design analysis, and documentation.
• Propel customer empowerment and enhance the experiences of managers and employees.
• Foster operational excellence through the implementation of Workday solutions.
• Oversee security and reporting, including complex calculated fields.
• Develop and maintain HR ecosystem integrations using report-based reporting and Web Services/API.
• Engage with EIBs, Studio, and/or BIRT.
• Collaborate on employee data analytics and employee transformation/mapping during integration or M&A efforts.
• Monitor Workday capability development as per its roadmap.
• Manage customer expectations and align as a partner, advocate, and liaison.
• Work collaboratively with organizational stakeholders, business partners, and technical teams.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and manage workload efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members through coaching and sharing of ideas.
• Ensure data integrity and uphold employee confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or in a similar capacity) within HR functional areas.
• Proven experience in implementing, supporting, and configuring HR processes including Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Security, Reports, or Integrations in Workday.
• Comprehensive end-to-end implementation experience, including project, enhancement, and/or issue management, along with communication and change management.
• Familiarity with Workday Security.
• Expertise in Workday Reporting, report-based, and/or API Integration.
• Experience with Workday EIB.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to escalate issues and risks and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong situational analysis, awareness, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of HR and HR processes.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
• Preferred: Experience in HR M&A.
• Preferred: Experience with Workday integrations.
• Preferred: Workday Certifications.
• Preferred: Experience with Visio for creating visual diagrams.
• Preferred: Background in Project Management and/or WBS.
• Preferred: Familiarity with OCM principles, tools, and templates.
• Preferred: Experience in developing/designing testing strategies.
• Qualifications list: Bachelor’s Degree - General Studies.
