This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide consulting services for Dynamics 365 ERP projects, covering implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of existing applications.
• Hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 ERP Trade and Logistics modules.
• Assist clients with the deployment and support of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
• Enhance operational metrics, create business cases, and perform performance assessments.
• Offer functional expertise and manage client relationships effectively.
• Oversee the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Inventory Management.
• Evaluate warehouse management processes, identify challenges, and gather business requirements.
• Develop and document functional specifications for warehouse operations such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, and inventory counting.
• Configure and personalize Dynamics 365 warehouse management capabilities.
• Plan and implement strategies for warehouse data migration.
• Create and execute functional test cases.
• Train business process owners on the functionalities of Dynamics 365 warehouse management.
• Support go-live activities, resolve issues, and provide post-implementation assistance.
• Perform gap analysis and generate Functional Design Documents when extensions are needed.
• Lead solution modeling and process area demonstration sessions.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Management or comparable industry experience.
• A minimum of 2 full years working on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations.
• Proficiency in configuring and implementing Unified Pricing and Order Management in D365 F&O.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330) or achievement of certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific best practices.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or AX2012 is a plus.
• Exposure to Advanced Warehousing, finance, or production modules in D365.
• Comfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WebEx.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services.
