Senior Windows Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy reliable, high-performance desktop applications for Windows.

• Build and improve production-level applications utilizing C# and WPF.

• Tackle intricate technical challenges at the Windows platform level with scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of desktop applications.

• Integrate Windows applications with REST APIs, web services, and cloud-based infrastructures.

• Collaborate with full-stack developers and cross-functional engineering teams within an Agile framework.

• Conduct code reviews and uphold high standards of coding and engineering practices.

• Mentor developers and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the engineering team.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude to enhance productivity and code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software development.

• Strong, hands-on experience with C# in recent projects.

• Extensive background in developing production-quality WPF / Windows Desktop Applications.

• Solid experience with WinUI, Win32, or other native Windows technologies.

• Exceptional debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

• Experience in integrating desktop applications with web services and cloud backends.

• Practical experience with AI coding/development tools, preferably Claude.

• Strong grasp of software design principles and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.

• Familiarity with C++.

• Experience with large-scale SaaS products.

• Background in Agile/Scrum engineering environments.

• Prior experience in mentoring developers or providing technical leadership.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
