Senior Web Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage all stages of intricate, cross-functional digital programs, from handling inbound tickets to planning and execution.

• Create comprehensive program plans that encompass business needs, technical specifications, timelines, funding, and resource allocation.

• Monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables; provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Detect and address risks and dependencies proactively.

• Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery.

• Convert high-level business goals into practical program roadmaps.

• Synchronize priorities, timelines, and approval processes with executives and senior leadership.

• Showcase program advancements and website demonstrations.

• Facilitate team discussions, mediate conflicts, and eliminate obstacles.

• Coordinate Creative, IT, PMM, Campaigns, and front-end development teams for launches, campaigns, website updates, and digital projects.

• Define website functionality and aesthetics in collaboration with internal stakeholders and oversee development until live deployment.

• Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and contractors.

• Document website development workflows and set up scalable best practices.

• Implement risk-mitigation strategies and promote continuous improvement across programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of project management experience within a digital agency and/or an internal digital department, primarily focusing on digital initiatives.

• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, including Airtable, Jira, and Google Sheets.

• Proficient with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau.

• Experience incorporating AI tools into program management workflows.

• Strong grasp of digital production processes, timelines, and scoping requirements.

• Proven experience in launching digital solutions, including ongoing analysis and iterative product enhancements.

• Familiarity with technical software development processes and Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with agency providers, consultants, contractors, and other external partners.

• Proactive in identifying and overcoming challenges and risks.

• Must reside in the United States and work within Pacific time zone hours.
