This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage all stages of intricate, cross-functional digital programs, from handling inbound tickets to planning and execution.
β’ Create comprehensive program plans that encompass business needs, technical specifications, timelines, funding, and resource allocation.
β’ Monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables; provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
β’ Detect and address risks and dependencies proactively.
β’ Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery.
β’ Convert high-level business goals into practical program roadmaps.
β’ Synchronize priorities, timelines, and approval processes with executives and senior leadership.
β’ Showcase program advancements and website demonstrations.
β’ Facilitate team discussions, mediate conflicts, and eliminate obstacles.
β’ Coordinate Creative, IT, PMM, Campaigns, and front-end development teams for launches, campaigns, website updates, and digital projects.
β’ Define website functionality and aesthetics in collaboration with internal stakeholders and oversee development until live deployment.
β’ Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and contractors.
β’ Document website development workflows and set up scalable best practices.
β’ Implement risk-mitigation strategies and promote continuous improvement across programs.
β’ Over 7 years of project management experience within a digital agency and/or an internal digital department, primarily focusing on digital initiatives.
β’ Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, including Airtable, Jira, and Google Sheets.
β’ Proficient with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau.
β’ Experience incorporating AI tools into program management workflows.
β’ Strong grasp of digital production processes, timelines, and scoping requirements.
β’ Proven experience in launching digital solutions, including ongoing analysis and iterative product enhancements.
β’ Familiarity with technical software development processes and Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
β’ Exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with agency providers, consultants, contractors, and other external partners.
β’ Proactive in identifying and overcoming challenges and risks.
β’ Must reside in the United States and work within Pacific time zone hours.
