Staff Partner-Led Services Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of the operational strategy for partner-driven service delivery.

• Oversee and manage partner performance by designing and administering SLAs and KPIs that uphold SentinelOne's quality standards.

• Facilitate partner integration and alignment, ensuring that services provided by partners adhere to SentinelOne's best practices and evolve with product and service advancements.

• Collaborate with Professional Services, the channel organization, and other pertinent SentinelOne teams to maintain consistency throughout the partner lifecycle.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in partner-led service operations, sharing insights and best practices with team members as the program expands.

• Report directly to the Manager of Professional Services Project Management.

• Define and implement the operational strategy, governance framework, and performance management across relationships with third-party delivery partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, program management, or service delivery, with exposure to partner-led or third-party delivery models.

• Proven success in supporting or managing partner governance frameworks that ensure consistent and measurable performance at scale.

• Strong history of working in metrics-driven environments, focusing on outcomes such as customer satisfaction and partner quality metrics.

• Experience in service delivery operations, including the design of KPIs and quality control measures.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate and foster alignment among cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, legal, operations, and customer experience.

• Background in supporting AI adoption within service delivery, identifying opportunities to significantly enhance service quality.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work independently and influence others without direct authority.
