Senior Web Engineer, GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain komodohealth.com using WordPress, which includes custom themes, blocks, templates, plugins, campaign pages, event pages, and landing pages.

• Design, code, and launch agentic workflows utilizing Python or JavaScript with LLM APIs.

• Execute orchestration, tool integration, prompts, structured outputs, error management, and evaluation for agentic workflows.

• Integrate the website and agents with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Qualified, Google Search Console, Semrush, Slack, and Google Workspace via APIs and webhooks.

• Oversee site performance, security, accessibility, and technical SEO, encompassing Core Web Vitals, caching, updates, backups, schema markup, and WCAG compliance.

• Implement and validate tracking and consent through Google Tag Manager, GA4, form and UTM capture, and OneTrust.

• Supervise production agents using logging, alerts, cost and quality assessments, and human review processes.

• Convert requests from marketing and analytics teams into detailed technical tasks.

• Maintain an organized backlog and comprehensive documentation.

• Provide reusable WordPress blocks and templates, production content-agent workflows, additional influential agents, and engineering standards for marketing workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in web development, marketing engineering, or GTM engineering.

• Proven experience in building and managing a B2B marketing website on WordPress.

• Knowledge of UX and content strategies aimed at enhancing website performance.

• Expertise in custom WordPress themes and blocks, PHP, JavaScript, ACF, REST API, child themes, and performance optimization.

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node, Git, REST APIs, and webhooks.

• Practical experience with LLM APIs such as Claude or OpenAI.

• Familiarity with agent patterns including tool usage, MCP, CLI, structured outputs, and evaluations.

• Understanding of HubSpot and Salesforce data models.

• Capability to articulate technical trade-offs, clearly define work scope, and document builds effectively.

• Aptitude for utilizing AI coding assistants and developing agents for content creation, signal routing, and pipeline reporting.
