Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable, high-quality UI components, features, and reusable libraries that support the design system.

• Create intuitive, high-performance, accessible, and responsive user experiences that work seamlessly across different browsers and devices.

• Construct and oversee frontend integrations with backend services, including REST APIs and WebSocket-based real-time functionalities.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate frontend challenges, such as memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and production bugs.

• Define, present, and spearhead technical initiatives.

• Contribute to testing, code reviews, architectural decisions, and engineering best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Backend, and various cross-functional teams.

• Assist in monitoring and ensuring the reliability of deployed software in production.

• Help elevate team standards through code reviews, mentorship, and technical enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in frontend software development.

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or similar frameworks.

• Practical experience in integrating backend systems using REST APIs and/or WebSockets.

• Proficient in using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot.

• Ability to diagnose and rectify memory leaks, frontend performance concerns, and inefficiencies within browsers/runtime environments.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Skilled in monitoring and supporting software in production environments.

• Expertise in cloud-native development and resilient, scalable frontend architectures.

• Bonus: experience on a mature SaaS product catering to a large user base.
