📋 Description

• Create captivating experiences for millions of users across web applications.

• Design and deploy scalable web applications and features within a cohesive product and system architecture.

• Collaborate in brainstorming and assessing product features alongside product and UX teams.

• Work closely with developers to devise solutions and impart technical knowledge.

• Contribute to the establishment of development standards and enhance code quality throughout engineering.

• Advocate for and implement automated testing practices for frontend applications.

• Take ownership of the reliability of the team’s web experiences.

• Engage in on-call duties and incident management.

• Assess and experiment with new technologies.

• Assist teammates in overcoming challenges, resolving blockers, and completing work assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience leading significant projects on high-scale web applications as a software engineer.

• Expertise in frontend development using React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks.

• Strong foundational knowledge in TypeScript and JavaScript.

• Experience in web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Practical experience in building web clients at scale that utilize APIs and services.

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects, including troubleshooting issues across multiple systems.

• Familiarity with consuming APIs, event streams, webhooks, etc.

• Experience in working within and towards a distributed system.

• Permanent US resident status is mandatory.

• Additional points for experience in creating web experiences for livestreaming, media, checkout, advertising, or subscriptions.
