Senior Web Designer – DTC Ecommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate both websites, brand guidelines, and competitor activities

• Present 2–3 web design concepts for each brand within the first two weeks

• Revise and enhance websites while leveraging existing branding

• Create a mobile-first Figma web design system for both brands

• Design 8–10 signature sections per brand for both mobile and desktop platforms

• Implement conversion principles in every section

• Launch significant new sections as split tests in collaboration with the CRO Lead

• Verify built pages against designs prior to launch

• Prepare organized Figma files, assets, usage guidelines, and a walkthrough

• Review new sections constructed by the team with AI following handover

• Work closely with the Head of Brand & Community and the CRO Lead

• Complete the initial project within the specified hours, timeline, and budget

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully remote, freelance, ongoing position

• Proficient in English

• Over 5 years of experience in website design

• Portfolio showcasing live ecommerce sites, preferably on Shopify, that reflects taste and creativity

• Experience in enhancing established ecommerce brands while maintaining effective elements

• Extensive experience in designing with AI, including AI image generation, layout, and site-building tools

• Capability to create scalable design systems in Figma

• Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles, including hierarchy, proof, clear calls to action, and speed

• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience in mobile-first design

• Ability to collaborate with brand and CRO teams and offer constructive feedback

• Available to begin within the next few weeks and respond quickly to feedback

• Enthusiastic about design

• Experience with DTC or pet brands is a plus
