Brand & Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate both websites, brand guidelines, and competitor offerings.

• Propose 2–3 web design concepts for each brand within the initial two weeks.

• Develop a mobile-first Figma web design system applicable to both brands.

• Create 8–10 distinctive sections for each brand optimized for mobile and desktop.

• Implement conversion strategies in every section designed.

• Launch significant new sections as split tests in collaboration with the CRO Lead.

• Review constructed pages against the original designs prior to launch.

• Supply organized Figma files, assets, usage guidelines, and a comprehensive walkthrough.

• Assess the initial AI-generated sections following handover.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand & Community, CRO Lead, CEO, and web development team.

• Complete the website revamp within the established timeline and budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully remote, freelance, and ongoing position.

• Proficient in English.

• Over 5 years of experience in website design.

• Demonstrable portfolio of live e-commerce sites, preferably on Shopify.

• Proven track record of enhancing established e-commerce brands while maintaining effective elements.

• Extensive experience in leveraging AI for design, including AI for images, layout, and site-building tools.

• Capability to create scalable design systems in Figma.

• Understanding of conversion-driven design and CRO principles.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with mobile-first design.

• Ability to work collaboratively with brand and CRO stakeholders, providing constructive design feedback.

• Availability to begin within the next few weeks and respond quickly to feedback.

• A strong passion for design.

• Excellent cultural alignment with the company’s stated values.

• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or pet brands is an advantage.
