Senior Visual Communication Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create various assets including presentations, eBooks, social media graphics, web pages, and event materials.

• Transform rough briefs or wireframe copy into polished assets independently.

• Deliver designs consistently within agreed timelines.

• Develop AI workflows to enhance the design process while maintaining high quality.

• Assist in planning and establishing a design system for a cohesive and relevant visual identity across all designs.

• Build and sustain design systems to ensure a uniform visual identity.

• Implement workflows with contemporary tools to boost project speed and output.

• Generate high-quality marketing content for websites, presentations, eBooks, social media, videos, and additional channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating with marketing teams.

• Previous experience working with marketing teams in B2B SaaS environments.

• Ability to approach projects creatively, focusing on their needs rather than just applying design tools mechanically.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to timelines.

• Capable of articulating design decisions to non-designers in a clear and understandable manner.
