This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Shape the performance creative for Pinterest across various social and digital channels.

• Conceptualize, collaborate, and implement creative briefs provided by the Marketing team.

• Develop impactful creative solutions that promote both the business objectives and the Pinterest brand.

• Quickly iterate and communicate ideas with varying levels of detail.

• Independently create pixel-perfect graphic assets.

• Work alongside copywriters, motion designers, producers, and marketers.

• Present and articulate creative work to stakeholders, creative directors, and team members.

• Craft visual narratives using insights to enhance messaging.

• Leverage AI tools, prompt engineering, AI voiceover, and AI music to streamline workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.

• Ability to think insight-driven and design story-based creative utilizing key insights and testing data.

• A strong passion for creating impactful design solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail in composition, layout, imagery, typography, color, and pacing.

• Strong skills in concept development for both static and motion assets.

• A portfolio showcasing outstanding digital and social creative work.

• Awareness of current trends in design, music, art, fashion, AI, and technology.

• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and present work effectively.

• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.

• Skilled in managing multiple projects swiftly and efficiently.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Extensive experience collaborating with partners from concept through to delivery.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with Magnific is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Design, Advertising, or equivalent experience.

• Up-to-date knowledge of current AI tools.
