This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.
• Assist in the development of the Varicent technical architecture and integration strategy.
• Generate and uphold technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and operational support procedures.
• Assess the capabilities of the Varicent platform through research and testing activities.
• Monitor deliverables and timelines, create plans, and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.
• Provide support for enhancements, project requests, and defect resolutions with scalable technical solutions.
• Design and execute comprehensive integrations between Varicent and platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Configure, customize, and develop Varicent applications, calculations, workflows, incentives, rules, and components of compensation plans.
• Work collaboratively with HR Technology, Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, and other cross-functional teams.
• Engage in Varicent vendor releases, conduct regression testing, and manage impact communications.
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and timelines.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and functional design; configure applications and assist in user acceptance testing.
• Design, create, and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and auditing capabilities.
• Oversee platform health, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root-cause analysis and resolution of production incidents.
• Establish governance for the platform, including security administration, access controls, and compliance monitoring.
• Guide team members and advocate for engineering excellence through code reviews and adherence to technical standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with the Varicent SPM platform, focusing on calculations, workflows, and configurations.
• At least 5 years of experience in configuring and building integrations between Varicent and other enterprise systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in configuring and debugging Business Processes and crafting solutions within Varicent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with calculations, complex reporting, and various configurations in the Varicent platform.
• At least 4 years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the HR technology domain, including cloud and mobile technologies.
• At least 4 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.
• A minimum of 4 years demonstrating strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• At least 4 years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years providing timely defect resolution and collaboration with SaaS vendors.
• At least 3 years of experience working with business partners to improve business processes.
• A minimum of 3 years working effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• At least 3 years showcasing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in supporting HR and Compensation systems for large organizations with non-exempt employees is preferred.
• Project Management experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with change management and communication strategies is preferred.
