This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Oversee UX projects from initial discovery to final delivery within a digital agency setting

• Carry out user research and consolidate findings into actionable insights

• Examine client, user, and competitor data to guide design choices

• Establish UX strategies that align with both client business goals and user requirements

• Create user journeys, information architecture, storyboards, and user flows

• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for responsive web experiences

• Collaborate with client stakeholders as well as Product, Strategy, Engineering, and Design teams

• Articulate and justify design decisions to clients while integrating their feedback

• Generate UX documentation to facilitate collaboration and execution

• Assist client projects from discovery through to launch

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of UX/UI design experience

• Prior experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency

• Proficiency in Figma

• Experience in responsive web design

• Expertise in user research and synthesis

• Knowledge of information architecture

• Skills in wireframing and interactive prototyping

• Experience in creating UX documentation

• Strong analytical thinking abilities

• Excellent client-facing communication and design presentation skills

• Portfolio showcasing relevant UX projects, particularly those completed in an agency context

• Comprehensive online portfolio highlighting UX case studies and design methodologies

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is mandatory

• Candidates must be located in Latin America (LATAM)
