This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.

• Analyze data from clients, users, and competitors to guide design decisions.

• Define UX strategies that align with client business goals and user needs.

• Design user journeys, information architecture, storyboards, and user flows.

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for responsive web experiences.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and teams across Product, Strategy, Engineering, and Design.

• Present and justify design choices to clients while incorporating their feedback.

• Develop UX documentation to facilitate collaboration and implementation.

• Support client projects from the discovery phase through to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

• Prior experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Experience in responsive web design.

• Skills in user research and research synthesis.

• Knowledge of information architecture.

• Experience with wireframing and interactive prototyping.

• Ability to create UX documentation.

• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Effective client-facing communication and design presentation abilities.

• Portfolio showcasing relevant UX work, including agency-delivered projects.

• Strong online portfolio with UX case studies and design processes.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.

• Candidates must reside in Latin America (LATAM).
