Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee UX projects from initial discovery to final delivery within a digital agency setting

• Conduct user research and distill findings into actionable insights

• Evaluate client, user, and competitor data to guide design choices

• Establish UX strategies that align with both client business goals and user requirements

• Create user journeys, information architecture, storyboards, and user flows

• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for responsive web experiences

• Collaborate with client stakeholders as well as Product, Strategy, Engineering, and Design teams

• Present and justify design choices to clients, integrating feedback throughout the design process

• Generate UX documentation to facilitate collaboration and implementation

• Assist client projects from discovery phase to launch

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Prior experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency

• Proficiency in Figma

• Experience in responsive web design

• Skilled in user research and research synthesis

• Knowledge of information architecture

• Expertise in wireframing and interactive prototyping

• Experience in creating UX documentation

• Strong analytical thinking skills

• Excellent client-facing communication and design presentation abilities

• Portfolio showcasing relevant UX work, including projects executed in an agency environment

• Strong online portfolio featuring UX case studies and design processes

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1–C2) is required

• Familiarity with FigJam and Miro

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience with UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or PlaybookUX

• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies

• Experience utilizing web analytics tools

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) best practices

• Experience in Agile product development environments

• Must reside in Latin America (LATAM)
