Senior Product Designer – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement comprehensive product design initiatives within Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.

• Create user experiences for account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption.

• Design intricate workflows related to billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization.

• Establish scalable consumption experiences, permission frameworks, and sharing models.

• Utilize systems thinking across complex SaaS and platform ecosystems.

• Frame unclear issues, pinpoint opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and manage design-related risks.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product development process.

• Employ research, data analysis, prototyping, and systems thinking to validate and enhance solutions.

• Utilize AI-assisted design and coded prototypes to investigate and validate product concepts.

• Contribute to a scalable and cohesive product experience across interconnected platform functionalities.

• Develop functional, high-fidelity prototypes for intricate product interactions, workflows, and system behaviors.

• Use AI-assisted coding and development tools to create realistic, production-ready prototypes.

• Articulate design rationale, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to Product, Engineering, business stakeholders, and clients.

• Present and advocate for design decisions while integrating feedback from cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Product Design.

• Proven experience in designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms.

• Strong systems thinking abilities and experience in crafting interconnected product experiences and workflows.

• Familiarity with enterprise workflows such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, and consumption, or similar platform domains.

• Proficient hands-on prototyping skills.

• Capability to create functional, production-like prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools.

• Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or comparable AI-assisted development tools.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams and converting technical limitations into product solutions.

• Advanced English language skills with excellent concise communication abilities.

• Competence in presenting and conveying design decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly.

• Based in Latin America (LATAM).

• Available for remote work with international teams.

• Experience in designing AI-powered products or AI-native experiences (preferable).

• Portfolio showcasing functional coded prototypes or production-like AI-assisted product explorations (preferable).

• Experience in prototyping complex SaaS workflows with multiple states, roles, permissions, or system dependencies (preferable).

• Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap decisions (preferable).

• Experience mentoring or supporting the development of other designers (preferable).

• Experience designing products with intricate permissions, sharing, billing, consumption, or account models (preferable).
