Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Drive UX projects from inception to completion within a digital agency setting

• Conduct user research and distill findings into practical insights

• Evaluate client, user, and competitor data to guide design choices

• Establish UX strategies that align with client business goals and user requirements

• Create user journeys, information architecture, storyboards, and user flows

• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for responsive web experiences

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Product, Strategy, Engineering, and Design teams

• Present and advocate for design decisions to clients while integrating their feedback

• Produce UX documentation to facilitate collaboration and implementation

• Assist client projects from discovery to launch

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of UX/UI design experience

• Prior experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency

• Proficient in Figma

• Experience in responsive web design

• Expertise in user research and synthesis of findings

• Knowledge of information architecture

• Skills in wireframing and interactive prototyping

• Experience with UX documentation

• Strong analytical thinking abilities

• Excellent client-facing communication and design presentation skills

• Portfolio showcasing relevant UX work, including projects completed in an agency environment

• A strong online portfolio featuring UX case studies and design processes

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is mandatory

• Candidates must reside in Latin America (LATAM)
