Senior UX/UI Designer – Career Sites, Design Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Perform hands-on design tasks focused on the capability backlog, giving initial priority to chatbot and conversational experiences.

• Coordinate subsequent deliverables in collaboration with Product Management.

• Create and enhance scalable components for a modular Figma design system utilizing Auto Layout and component libraries.

• Comply with CMS technical constraints.

• Design, refine, and deliver responsive web experiences for careers landing pages, job boards, and tailored campaign landing pages.

• Manage multi-brand and subsidiary theming, SEO-aware layouts, and mobile-first responsive design.

• Utilize tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Figma AI, and other AI-assisted technologies to expedite design exploration and component creation.

• Implement WCAG and ADA accessibility standards in design system components and delivered pages.

• Assist in sales-enablement efforts and active client site deployments.

• Collaborate with distributed product design teams, product management, and international client groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional experience in product/UX design.

• At least 2 years dedicated to developing or maintaining a design system/component library.

• Strong foundation in interaction design that extends beyond visual and brand design.

• Demonstrated experience in launching responsive, web-based marketing or product pages in live production settings.

• Advanced skills in Figma, specifically in component libraries, Auto Layout, variants, and responsive/mobile-first web design.

• Practical experience in CMS environments.

• Solid technical comprehension of how content management constraints influence component architecture.

• Experience with Claude and Claude Code.

• Comprehensive knowledge of WCAG and ADA accessibility standards.

• Excellent ability to work autonomously, navigate uncertainty, and prioritize tasks across wide-ranging scopes within a remote-first context.

• Willingness to align with North America business hours.

• Proficiency in English for interviews, documentation, and daily interactions.
