Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Exhibit exceptional visual design expertise by crafting sophisticated, contemporary web experiences for enterprises, encompassing intricate data-heavy workflows, dashboards, and adaptable interaction patterns.

• Convert intricate business needs into user-friendly, visually striking interfaces across expansive enterprise ecosystems.

• Establish and uphold enterprise-level design systems, component libraries, interaction patterns, and UX governance standards.

• Promote accessibility and inclusive design principles in alignment with WCAG guidelines and usability benchmarks.

• Simplify complex workflows, domain-specific concepts, and data-intensive processes into seamless user experiences.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to guarantee design feasibility, responsive functionality, and precise implementation quality.

• Lead workshops, design critiques, stakeholder alignment meetings, and cross-functional discovery sessions.

• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant expertise in contemporary UX methodologies, including design thinking, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Proven experience in designing enterprise SaaS products, dashboards, workflow-centric applications, or data visualization interfaces.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2), responsive design principles, and mobile-first best practices.

• Experience in constructing and managing scalable design systems using Figma or comparable tools.

• Capability to articulate and justify design choices using user research, analytics, and business goals.

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English or higher is essential.

• At least 5+ years of experience in a UX/UI or Product Designer position.

• Background in collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders within Agile frameworks.

• Proven track record of closely working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.

• Experience in conducting user interviews, usability assessments, and stakeholder workshops in enterprise settings.
