Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain comprehensive design systems across various platforms.

• Craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Design user flows, journey maps, and scenarios.

• Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

• Ensure a clean and modern visual design that aligns with brand guidelines.

• Conduct and analyze user testing.

• Present design concepts and rationales to team members and stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of current design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Create intuitive mobile and web applications for a global entertainment and sports agency.

• Simplify complex corporate and financial accounting concepts into minimalist user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

• A strong portfolio that highlights mobile and web application design.

• Experience and knowledge in corporate and financial accounting domains.

• Over 3 years of advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Extensive understanding of nested components, auto layout, and design libraries in Figma.

• Proven experience in creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems.

• Highly adept at building wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

• A meticulous approach with a keen eye for clean, minimalist, pixel-perfect, user-centric design.

• Strong creative thinking skills.

• Exceptional time management abilities for managing multiple projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexibility to work overlapping with North America business hours.

• All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be conducted in English.
