Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Create player interactions within Destiny 2

• Deliver UX design contributions as part of a cross-functional team

• Transform goals and requirements into practical solutions that align with UX strategy and design principles

• Utilize player interviews, flow diagrams, playtesting, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to convey and validate player experiences

• Develop and document strategies, guidelines, and design patterns

• Work collaboratively with fellow designers from initial concept to final execution

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders

• User-centered design methodology that integrates both qualitative and quantitative insights

• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography

• Capability to dissect experiences with a team and iterate based on feedback

• Proficiency in designing sustainable moderate-to-large scale solutions

• Experience collaborating within a cross-functional product team

• A portfolio showcasing UX projects
