Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Take charge of UX/UI design across essential areas of the Gamdom product.

• Transform product requirements and concepts into clear, intuitive, and visually appealing experiences.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma.

• Develop and uphold Figma components and design systems.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to bring designs from concept to execution.

• Generate visual assets and UI elements as needed.

• Consider the product experience from the user's viewpoint and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Balance aesthetics, usability, and business objectives.

• Contribute innovative ideas and creative insights to the product development.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the product and the interrelation of its features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level experience in UX/UI or Product Design.

• Proficient in Figma, including prototyping and component creation.

• Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

• Solid understanding of digital products, user flows, and product strategy.

• Experience in iGaming or esports is highly desirable.

• Background in gaming or other entertainment-focused digital products is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.

• Asset creation experience is a significant plus.

• A robust portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and visual craftsmanship.
